How quickly can I return to my normal activities?

Most patients experience little to no downtime and return to normal activities almost immediately after treatment.. By 24 hours after treatment, most swelling and redness will have subsided.

What are some risks and side effects?

Because we are performing an injection with a needle, there is always a small risk of bruising, swelling, and infection. In clinical testing, the most commonly reported side effects included temporary injection site reactions like redness, pain and tenderness, skin firmness and lumps and bumps under the skin known as granulomas. We take every precaution to prevent these side effects.
